Bradenton, FL, November 8, 2022 -- On November 7th, Wagner Realty hosted a "All Star" Panel Discussion, at the IMG Golf and Country Club in Bradenton.
The purpose of the panel discussion was to equip newer real estate agents associated with the company with expert insights about the latest marketing strategies they need to implement to succeed in their real estate career.
The two-hour luncheon event consisted of a powerful session of top producer's mastermind panelists that included Ryan Hoffman, Rebecca Samler, Margaret Watson, Tammy Pogar, Ed Kinkopf, Jennifer Anderson, Sandy Greiner, and Polly Gaar.
A new agent shared her views, "I loved how willing the top performers were to share their secrets with us. They talked about all kinds of things from having a strong sphere of influence, mastering social media, and perform effective marketing techniques."
The event facilitator, Corinna Decker, Wagner Realty Technology Manager commented, "Our new agents are a pleasure to work with. They already have the enthusiasm to be a great salesperson and just need to fine-tune their skills and learn about the latest techniques from the pros. The whole point of the panel discussion was to prepare the agents in the company to stand out in the real estate industry. However, new agents need to be extremely patient as success does not happen automatically. This is where Wagner Realty is different. BRADENTON, FL, October 17 – On Friday, October 7th Wagner Realty held their annual Golf Classic Fundraiser at Tara Golf & Country Club in Bradenton. Coming on the heels of the recent hurricane, it was unclear whether the event would even happen. Many in our local community suffered property damage, power outages, and dealt with the stress of mandatory evacuations. But it soon became apparent that getting together to thank the Bradenton Police Department for their hard work was just what our community needed.
The weather was perfect for more than 100 golfers to participate in 18 holes of scramble golf, raising more than $15K for The Bradenton Blue Foundation, that provides funds for specialty training, technology, safety equipment, community outreach programs, and K-9 safety needs.
The mission of the Bradenton Blue Foundation is to make the City of Bradenton a safer place for all to live, work and visit through the fulfillment of unmet non-budgeted safety needs for its most critical resource, its members.
Proudly serving on the Bradenton Blue Foundation is Stephen McGonagle, Wagner Realty Corporate Director. "Wagner Realty does more than sell real estate. Community outreach is very important to us" says McGonagle, adding "our philosophy is to give more to the community we serve than we take from it. The entire Wagner family is proud to serve our communities."
Following a day on course, Wagner Realty hosted dinner along with the awards ceremony. First place went to the foursome of Bryan Hostetler, Jacob Lamoreaux, Dalton Yancy, and Mike Warren. Second place went to Dennis Cooley, Rian Kelly, Dale Slimick and Pete Britton. Third place went to Oscar Acosta, Nick Johnson, Mike Balensiefen, and Finnian Mayotte. Closest to the Pin went to Ryan Williams and Carol Codella. Longest drive went to Jeff Beckley and Beth Larson.
A huge thank you goes out to our sponsors and volunteers who helped make the golf classic an exciting and successful fundraising event.

Sandy is a Broker Associate with Wagner Realty, and leader of The Greiner Group, a team of six REALTORS who work out of the company's Corporate Office on Cortez Road. "A few years ago, I decided to throw a holiday party with a purpose" says Sandy, "so I provide food for our folks and ask them to provide food and supplies for the Humane Society of Manatee County (MCHS) . This year's party was held on December 14th and the donations from our holiday get-together filled the Manatee Humane Society's truck!"

"We are sincerely grateful to Sandy Greiner, The Greiner Group, the staff and agents at Wagner Realty" said Rick Yocum, Executive Director of Humane Society of Manatee County, adding "our shelter depends on the year-round compassion and commitment of our community and I'd encourage those interested in supporting the Humane Society to go to www.humanemanatee.org for more information."
