Mirabella is one of the first residential developments to achieve LEED Platinum, the USGBC’s highest recognition, for all of its villas on a production scale. Mirabella has received more than 20 national and local awards for its sustainable design, including the USGBC’s Power Builder of the Year award for 2016, 2017 and 2018, 2018 LEED Outstanding Developer, and the prestigious Aurora awards for back to back years in 2016 and 2017. In 2016, the community received the LEED for Homes Platinum certification for its villas, making them the first LEED-certified villas in Florida.
